1. Connect the massager with the adapter, then plug into the power source
2. Press ' POWER ' button to turn on. The power indicator will be on.
3. Press ' PULSE ' button to select 'continuous wave' or ' pulsed wave' (intermittent ultrasonic waves)
4. Press ' VOL' button to select the wave intensity from low to medium to high.
5. After use, press ' POWER ' button once more to stop operation.
Notice: At this time, the LED infrared function is still on. It will turn off in 15 seconds automatically.
MASSAGING THE BODY:
1. When applying the massager on thicker parts of subcutaneous tissues such as the waist, hips, thighs, and claves, select the high intensity level.
2. When applying the Massager on parts like the muscles and where fatty layers appear thinner, select the lower or medium intensity level.
3. For daily use, 2-3 times a day maximum, at intervals of at least 5 hours.
4. Please note that prolonged use without intervals, or frequent use, will cause muscle fatigue
